	Tim Peterson, Chief Executive Officer Tim Peterson started following in his father Howard "Pete" Peterson's footsteps at a very young age. When he was eight he started going to buildings and job sites, developing a deep appreciation for the construction industry. He attended Purdue University and graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management. Tim is now the CEO of The Precedent Companies and oversees all facets of the organization. He still enjoys getting his "hands dirty" and being on the job sites of each and every one of the company's projects. When he is away from the office, he follows his childrens' sports very closely, and enjoys spending time with his new grandchildren.
	Larry Siegler, Chief Operating Officer Larry Siegler joined The Precedent Companies’ team in 1995.  He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.  For many years he has lead Precedent Commercial in land acquisition, land development and building construction.  Today, as COO of The Precedent Companies, Larry finds himself more involved with all the aspects of the organization.  Although, he is still involved in industrial leasing and all aspects land development. 	Darrell Pike, President - Leasing & Brokerage Darrell Pike has been with The Precedent Companies from day one.  He has assisted in the company’s growth and diversification since 1972.  He is a Butler University graduate with a degree in Business, and has an Honorary Doctorate of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Darrell handles the Commercial Real Estate Leasing/Management for Precedent Commercial.  His dedication to personal service and honesty has resulted in countless repeat clients.  Darrell enjoys spending his free time fishing and hanging out with his grandchildren.  For more information on leasing and brokerage please contact Darrell at 317.805.1131.
	Bret Stallcop, Project Manager Bret joined The Precedent team in 2000.  He graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Management.  In his years with Precedent Commercial he has managed numerous construction projects including Class A Office Buildings, Third Party Build to Suit Projects, Retail Centers, Large Industrial Buildings and more.  Bret takes personal interest in each project and each successful job is proof that hard work, dedication and attention to detail make the difference between a building and a Precedent building.  Bret spends his time away from the office playing golf, hunting and fishing.  For more information on building construction or project management contact Bret at 317.805.1234.
	Sandi Kramer, Director of Design Sandi Kramer is a NCIDQ certified designer with a degree from Valparaiso University in Interior Design.  She joined the Precedent team 25 years ago and has collaborated with clients, brokers and contractors in a variety of interior design projects from corporate to industrial.  Sandi is the Director of Design for SKGDesignSolutions, Precedent’s in house interior design firm.  Sandi spends her free time traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.  For more information on interior design contact Sandi at 317.805.1134.
	Dave Charron, Maintenance Manager Dave Charron has been working for The Precedent Companies for 22 years.  His attention to detail, thoroughness and ability to lead his maintenance staff makes him an excellent manager.  From Precedent tenants to third party property owners, Dave and his staff maintain over 40 buildings in the Greater Indianapolis area.  When Dave is not running from building to building, he enjoys farming his own land.
