February 1st 2008 - Adidas, the shoe and sportswear manufacturer leases 162,000 square feet of warehouse space of building 105 in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park from KTR Capital Partners. Adidas currently operates a warehouse and distribution center just a few miles west of Mt. Comfort at I-70 and Post Road. The proximity of the buildings and the easy access to I-70 was a positive for Adidas. The Precedent is completing the tenant improvements to the building and expects Adidas to move in to the new facility in April.
