May 1st 2007 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with Hardigg Industries, Inc. to provide 45,100 square feet of space in the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. The 70,000 square foot medium distribution building is now 100% leased. Hardigg Industries designs and manufactures protective cases that withstand the most severe conditions. Hardigg Industries employs 41 employees in their Mt. Comfort location. When Harddigg Industries was looking for their second location in the United States, Mt Comfort Commercial Park was the ideal choice.
