Building 105 Sale – KTR Capital Partners
June 1st 2007 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC is proud to announce the sale of the new 594,000 square foot modern bulk building (Building 105) in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park to KTR Capital Partners. Building 105 has the potential to expand to 940,000 square feet which would make it the largest building in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. KTR Capital Partners was represented by Mark Writt and Terry Busch with CB Richard Ellis.
