May 1st 2006 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with Candent Technologies, Inc to provide 3,050 square feet of space in the Mt. Comfort Business Center. Candent will be expanding their business into Precedent Building 106, consisting of 32,000 square feet of first generation office/flex space. Candent Technologies is a dynamic, young corporation involved in engineering, design, and development of small gas turbine engines. Mt. Comfort Business Center offers office, flex, and retail space within the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. The Mt. Comfort Commercial Park is a 500-acre "multi use" business and industrial park located just north of I-70 immediately east of Indianapolis, Indiana. |
