August 1st 2006 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with eTapestry Inc. to provide 18,500 square feet of space in the Mt. Comfort Business Center. The 32,000 square foot office flex building is nearly 100% leased. The remaining space in the building will be used for a future eTapestry expansion. eTapestry Inc. creates fundraising computer software for the nonprofit sector. Mt. Comfort Business Center offers office, flex, and retail space to the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. |
