January 27th 2010 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with Edward D. Jones & Co. to provide 1,172 square feet of space in Building 107 in Mt. Comfort Business in the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. This is the first lease signed in the newly completed 26,400 square foot retail/flex building. Precedent Commercial will also be constructing tenant finish work for their new office in Mt. Comfort. Edward D.
