December 1st 2007 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with FREIJE Treatment Water Systems, Inc. to provide 34,383 square feet of space in the Mt. Comfort Business Center. FREIJE Treatment Systems, Inc. develops and manufactures environmentally sustainable water treatment equipment and performs water treatment services for the commercial, industrial and residential markets. The office flex building is first generation space with Mt. Comfort Road frontage. Mt. Comfort Business Center offers office, flex, and retail space to the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. FREIJE Treatment Water Systems, Inc. was represented by Criss Horton with NAI Olympia Partners. |
