July 2nd 2008 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with an undisclosed company focused on life sciences to provide 77,041 square feet of space in Building 111 in the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. This was the first lease signed in the newly completed 245,200 square foot building. The life science based company was represented by Mike Semler and Pat Lindley from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. Matt Dickerson and Chip Barnes from NAI Olympia Partners assisted Precedent Commercial Development with the transaction. If you are interested in Building 111 or other available space in Mt.
