October 16th 2009 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with MSP Seals, Inc to provide 10,495 square feet of space in Building 116 in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. This is the second lease signed in the newly completed 44,000 square foot flex building. MSP Seals, Inc is a supplier of seals serving the needs of countless industries around the world. They supply and service the automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical and medical industries offering the seal industry's broadest range of products.
