October 1st 2007 - CVS has signed a long-term lease KTR Capital Partners for 162,000 square feet of warehouse space in building 105 in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. The distribution space is a consolidation of multiple locations and will function in addition to the more than 1 million square feet of space at the CVS distribution center on East side of Indianapolis. The Precedent is completing the tenant improvements to the building and expects CVS to move in to the new facility in January 2008.
