October 2nd 2007 - Precedent Commercial Development, LLC has entered into a lease with Nestle Waters of North America, Inc. to provide 213,652 square feet in the Precedent South Business Center in Greenwood. The 294,388 square foot first generation building built by The Precedent is 75 percent leased. Nestle Waters of North America, Inc. is the nation’s largest bottle water company with many leading domestic and imported brands sold in the United States and Canada. Nestle Waters of North America, Inc intends to serve the Midwest market with bottle water from this distribution center and plans to employ over 75 employees. This facility will house the entire process of purifying the water, making the plastic bottles, bottling the water and packaging it for retail sales.
