| The Precedent Completes School in Record Time |

September 15th 2009 - The Precedent completed tenant improvements for Stonegate Early College High School in record time. The lease was signed and construction began on August 1, 2009; construction was complete and students started class on September 9, 2009. The 32,000 sq. ft. tenant finish/remodel project was estimated to take 12 weeks and was completed in just 5 short weeks to meet a strict deadline. Precedent's Project Manager, Brett Dalton, and staff worked around the clock to ensure the clients a high level of quality even with a time constraint.
